    There are a lot of 1-star reviews about their parcel service, which can be scary. So I'll give it a 5-star rating. I received a precious parcel from them in the morning and picked it up the same evening without any hassle and with a smile. Don't be fooled by all the negative reviews!

    I thank the person who kept me informed of a package that arrived later than announced. A very appreciable service when you know that packages only bring in a few cents at relay points.

    My last order didn't have my name on the package; only my address! So, I couldn't pick up my package on the day it was delivered. I did the next day, which in itself isn't a big deal. But fortunately, the person at the "Epicerie La Fontaine" collection point is very responsive and understanding. She resolved the issue with the delivery person over the phone and gave me my package. Thank you. This collection point is excellent; I've never been disappointed; the people are very pleasant, respectful, and friendly.
